How It Works Purchase a Ticket: How It Works Purchase a Ticket: Raffle ticket costs $40 USD. There’s no limit – buy as many as you like to boost your chances!

Enter the Draws: We’ll have three raffle draws, and every ticket gives you a chance in each draw. Get your tickets early so you’re entered for all three draw dates.

Drawing Dates: Sunday, March 1st, 2026. (Draw will randomly select prize winners live on Instagram.)

1^st Prize: If your ticket number is drawn, congratulations – you’re a winner! We’ll contact you directly with all the details on claiming your prize. Prizes We’re going all out with three fantastic prizes for each draw:

2^nd Prize – J’ouvert Fête Package: Two J’ouvert Morning party packages for Carnival 2026. This includes entry to the famous dawn J’ouvert jump-up and all the paint, powder, and fun that comes with it (travel not included).

3^rd Prize – Two Complimentary Tickets (travel not included).

Grand Prize – Ultimate Carnival Experience One winner + a guest: An all-expense-paid trip for two to Sint Maarten Carnival 2026! This grand prize includes round-trip airfare for two, luxury hotel accommodation, access passes to all Ultimate Experience Productions events during Carnival, two frontline Carnival costumes, two J’ouvert packages, and $500 USD cash to spend. It’s the complete Carnival 55 experience!

Collection: April 24, 2026 – All on-island prizes (costumes, J’ouvert packages, event passes, and cash) will be available for winners to collect in Philipsburg, Sint Maarten on this date. (Airline tickets for Grand prize winner will be arranged in advance.)

Eligibility Age: Participants must be 21 years or older to purchase a ticket and enter the raffle.

Location: Open to participants living in the Caribbean region and United States America Only. Just make sure your passport is valid and that you can travel to Sint Maarten if you win.

Entries: There is no limit to the number of raffle tickets you can purchase. More tickets = more chances to win!

Excluded Parties: The organizers (JuliansPromo & Ultimate Experience Productions) and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.

How to Claim Winner Notification: We will contact all winners directly via the email and/or phone number provided at ticket purchase. So even if you miss the Instagram live announcement, you’ll be notified privately.

Instagram Announcement: During each live draw on Instagram, we’ll shout out the winning ticket numbers and names.

Prize Redemption: If you win the Grand prize, our team will collaborate closely with you to arrange your airfare and accommodation well before Carnival 2026. For all prizes, winners will receive instructions on how to pick up their packages, event passes, and cash on April 24, 2026, in Sint Maarten.

Identification: Winners must present a valid ID (showing 21+) when claiming prizes. We want to make sure you are you! Can’t Attend? In an unlikely event a winner cannot travel or claim the prize, please contact us immediately to discuss options. Prizes are intended for use during the 2026 Sint Maarten Carnival and are not redeemable for cash value.  

Official Rules Sponsors: The raffle is organized by JuliansPromo and Ultimate Experience Productions in celebration of the 55th Anniversary of Sint Maarten Carnival 2026.

Eligibility: Entrants must be at least 21 years old and living in the Caribbean region and United States America Only, except where prohibited by law. Void where participation or winning would violate local laws.

Ticket Purchase: Raffle ticket costs $40 USD. Tickets may be purchased online through our official platform. There is no maximum number of tickets one person can buy.

Drawing Details: Three drawings will be conducted on Sunday, March 1^st , 2026. (draw will randomly select prize winners live on Instagram). In each draw, winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. All drawings will be held fairly and transparently, witnessed by our team, and announced live on Instagram.

Multiple Chances: Tickets purchased will be entered into all subsequent draws. (For example, a ticket bought before Sunday, March 1st , 2026, is eligible to win in all three draws, unless it has already won a prize in a previous draw.)

Winner Notification: Winners will be announced publicly during the Instagram live draw and will also be contacted directly via email/phone. If a winner cannot be reached within a reasonable time (7 days), an alternate winner may be drawn at the organizer's discretion.

Prizes: Prizes are awarded as described above. The Grand prize trip for two people covers airfare, hotel, event access, costumes, J’ouvert packages and $500 cash. The first prize covers two J’ouvert party packages (does not include travel or accommodation). The second prize is two complimentary tickets to an All-Inclusive Breakfast Party (does not include travel or accommodation).

Prize Collection: Winners (or their designated representatives with prior approval) must collect physical prizes (costume kits, event passes, cash, etc.) in person in Sint Maarten on April 24, 2026. Airfare for first prize winners will be booked by the organizers in coordination with the winners ahead of time.

No Substitution: Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or credit. In the event a winner is unable to accept a prize was awarded (e.g., cannot travel for Carnival 2026), the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Personal Responsibility: Winners are responsible for having valid passports, visas, or any travel documents required to travel to Sint Maarten. The organizers are not liable if a winner cannot travel due to lack of proper documents or other personal issues.

Consent: By participating, entrants agree to these official rules. Winners consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry information for promotional purposes (such as announcing winners on social media) without additional compensation, except were prohibited by law.

Fair Play: This raffle is conducted in good faith for the purpose of community celebration. Any attempt to tamper with the entry process or draw in any way is prohibited and may result in disqualification.

Release of Liability: By entering, participants release Two Brothers Entertainment, JuliansPromo, Ultimate Experience Productions, and their partners from any liability related to the raffle or use of the prize. The organizers will not be held responsible for any issues beyond their control (such as event cancellations, travel disruptions, etc.), though we will do our best to ensure an amazing experience.
